The Essential Utensil aims to have all orders despatched within 2-5 working days. The delivery times provided by The Essential Utensil Australia are estimates only. The Essential Utensil will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address as, for those parcels which are undeliverable, The Essential Utensil cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery address.

To the extent permitted by law, The Essential Utensil will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss of damage of any kind whether caused by wrongful acts (including negligence) breach of contract or otherwise caused by this website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded as soon as possible.


The product warranty period is shown on or in its packaging. If the product has a defect within the warranty period stated on or in its packaging which is not caused by misuse or abuse, we will replace the product. To make a warranty claim call us on 0260486162 Or email info@essentialutensil.com.au. The customer service team will advise you how to return your faulty goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits to the consumer given by warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under the law. Proof of the products purchase is required.


In the unlikely event that your purchased product needs to be replaced due to it arriving damaged, please ensure that the products are safely packaged to prevent further damage and email info@essentialutensil.com.au to receive details on how to return via reply-paid via Australia Post.


At The Essential Utensil we want to make sure shopping for gifts and your favourite products easier. If you experience any problems with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our team and we will make it right.

For change of mind purchases (Excluding Food Products), we will accept return of unused products/items purchased at essentialutensil.com.au ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is made within 7 days of receipt of your order. A refund (excluding any delivery costs) will be issued as an online credit in Australian Dollars to use on future purchases at essentialutensil.com.au.  A credit will only be issued provided that the products/items are returned in the original condition and packaging. Return freight is payable by the customer and we suggest sending via a trackable method as no responsibility is taken for undelivered returns.
